MyMedicare is a voluntary patient registration system that aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner (GP) and primary care teams.

Benefits:
– Greater continuity of care with your registered practice, improving health outcomes. Your GP will be familiar with your medical history and needs

– Access to new longer funded telehealth consultations. Connections to more appropriate care for people with chronic health conditions.

– Be assured that your information is up-to-date and shared within your healthcare team.

How to register:

You can formally register with us as your usual general practice or register with your preferred doctor. Registration can be completed via the Express Plus Medicare App, MyGov or with the Practice.

Otherwise if you would prefer to complete a paper form, next time you are in the practice please speak to our friendly reception team who can provide you with the form

and our team will then enter your details into the MyMedicare system to complete the registration.
